  • Owners and guests have the use of a personal butler service whilst staying in the A-Frame to assist with anything from booking a private chef to organising a yacht charter.

  • Owners receive 40% of the rental income of $1000 per night. With an occupancy of 60% over 45 weeks this gives a potential income of $75,600 per annum. This equates to a pay-back on your initial investment of under 7 years, or a yield of over 15%.

  • There is a management fee of $299/month to cover all running costs of the property, including the butler service.
